Ecology a Silent Thought
(edition of 90)
The original was carved from a Sperm Whale tooth in the early 80's.
This
sculpture came out of the tooth while I was sculpting it. I originally set
out to do something else yet this Viking like lord manifested him self. The
tooth had a strange inclusion that became a large jem stone in his feathered
crown.
This piece is perfect for Crystal as it contains classic elements that denote
a tranquil yet strong sense of peace and purpose.
I have included the original work primarily as crystal is so hard to photograph.
This
will help to see the detail a bit better.
