SCULPTURE MAY ALSO BE TREASURE

Artists are explorers of realms that lie between the known or yet unseen, welcome to this world.

I believe that reality in art is something profoundly artificial and that it has to be recreated. Otherwise it will be just an illusion of something - which would be very second hand. - Quote, Francis Bacon

Realism within an Art Form is a celebration of the wonders within our physical world or the magic and mystery of our metaphysical selves. A challenge for me is merging elements of Realism and Organic Abstract forms together in such a manner that may allow each creation to take on a life of its own. This may be considered "fantastique" as it fits well within the genre. (Kim Perrier)

To a blind person texture is their sight and though glass to the sighted is full of colour where would we be without textures for the light to reflect from.
